On a Engineering pathway (Your Choice)
Create a Power Point and saved/rename
"Career Research Presentation" on your One Drive...
Create a Powerpoint file
Name it "Career Research Presentation." Should include:
Type of engineer
Brief job description
Required Training
Skills and Characteristics
Typical Wages
Job growth rate
what do you like and dislike about this engineer
what college would be a good choice for this type of engineer
Summary at the end
Props for presentation (Poster..)
Click Blank Presentation
SAVE YOUR DOCUMENT!
Click Auto Save "ON"
Click AutoSave and name it "Career Research Presentation"
Save it to your "OneDrive"
Make a Title page! (Slide 1)
Click on the "Click to add Title" and Change the text to "Your Carreer choice"
Change the subtitle to "by your name" (Replace with your first and last name!)
Do Not Use "Designer"
Change the fonts
Try different fonts
Try making some text Bold, Italic or Underlined!
Change the font sizes!
Now!
Try adding a few more photos.
Select Pictures, Then Click "Stock"
Scale them
And move them!
Click "Arrange" to bring words forward
Change "font" colors. Be creative!
Select
Career Image (you saved this!)
Let's add some pictures! (Slide 2)
Click on the INSERT tab
Click PICTURES
Select ONLINE PICTURES
In the search bar...
Try typing "Tech Career Name"
What happens?
What comes up?
When you find a picture you like:
Click on it
Click INSERT
Now...
Hover on one of the HANDLES (wait for the 2 sided arrow) and scale the picture
Move the picture
Click on the center of the photo
Do you see a 4 sided arrow?
when you do you can move the photo!
Make sure you can see your title and subtitle!
Add "5" Images Of "Tech Career"
Brief job description (2 picture, 5 sentences or bullet points, Title over lap Photo)
Required Training (2 picture, 5 sentences or bullet points)

Change Font Color and Style
Change Background Color
Use Picture Format on at 1 picture (Artistic Effects, etc)
